ABOUT US
Built on Legacy. Driven by People.
Legado Renovations didn’t start in a boardroom, it started with a family that built things with their hands and took pride in every finish. With three generations of construction in our roots, this isn’t just a business. It’s a calling.
Founded by Acilio De Sousa, Legado was built on a simple frustration: too many homeowners were being let down by contractors who overpromised, underdelivered, and disappeared once the invoice was paid. Acilio set out to do things differently with honesty, personal accountability, and a standard of quality that he’d be proud to put his name on.
Five years later, that standard hasn’t changed. We’re still a small, hands-on team. We still take on a select number of projects at a time. And we still treat every client’s home the way we’d treat our own.
WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT
One Team. No Shortcuts.
Most renovation companies send a crew and disappear. At Legado, the owner is on site. Every day. You’ll have Acilio’s number, and he’ll use it with progress updates, honest conversations, and no surprises on your invoice.
We’ve also built a trusted network of electricians, plumbers, aircon specialists, and aluminium suppliers so instead of juggling five different contractors, you deal with one person who manages all of it for you. From the first quote to the final walkthrough, we handle everything.
